(July 24, 2009) – The University of South Florida announced the appointment of Dr.&nbsp;Karen DeSafey Liller as Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Vice President for Research and Innovation. Liller served in an interim capacity since August 2008. Her appointment will become permanent on August 1.
